Heres what to know..
Today’s Catch Up
How To: Poop out 4LBs of waste before breakfast?
A shocking health report just revealed that...
The average American has potentially pounds of old, decaying poop trapped in their bowels.
Imagine, instead of waste sliding out of you every day like clockwork...
It builds up in your colon for years... making your belly appear swollen...
And likely allowing toxins to seep into your body.
If you sometimes strain when on the toilet...
You should pay close attention here...
Because according to research published by the National Institutes of Health...
These "poop toxins" can be associated with joint pain, debilitating fatigue, and wild mood swings...
And yet most people assume body aches, a foggy brain, and irritability are due to aging.
But here's the good news:
Doing this new, 10-second routine before breakfast gently removes pounds of backed-up poop...
Without laxatives, suppositories, enemas or even probiotics...
And all from the comfort of your own home.
It's never been easier to start your day with a smooth move...
While also making you feel slimmer, energized, happier, and ache-free.

Carie Hallford and her husband, Jon Hallford, owned Return to Nature Funeral Home and are accused of dumping the bodies in a building in a rural town between 2019 and 2023, giving families fake ashes and defrauding the federal government out of nearly $900,000.

Two separate courts have ordered immigration officials not to deport a Pennsylvania man who spent four decades in prison before his murder conviction was overturned.
Subramanyam Vedam, 64, is currently detained at a short-term holding center in Alexandria, Louisiana, that’s equipped with an airstrip for deportations. Vedam, a legal permanent resident known as “Subu,” was transferred there from central Pennsylvania last week, relatives said.
